It was a wonderful experience reading the article.I could visualise the real hardships people like APJ and Aravamudan went through. The beginning was very small when compared to the present ISRO. Great job, great beginning and great visionaries. Proud to be Indian.

Moments of pride for India, leave the critics behind. Architect of these technologies without any foreign degree speaks a lot. If we coul some how manage to reverse the Brain Drain we will have APJs ! Arvamudans in every state, if not every houshold. I salute all scientists of ISRO who stayed back in India despite all petty struggles, reservations and hardships.
