It has become the order of the day that Politicians cutting across party line and Age to take advantage of any situation to molest women. In Kerala there are many such cases happened in the past. Majority of these culprits are from Congress, a pary that has a Women President. Such persons are allowed to be the ministers, even, Speaker of the Loksabha. Does all these kinds of negative Qualifications are the pre-requisite to become a Leader? Disgusting factor is that she is keeping a stoic silence without taking any action. The CM of that state is also inactive in such cases. We boast so much about our culture; our joint family system, respect to elders, arranged marriages, secularism and so on and so forth. Will it in any way help us to project our country to the outside world? If our leaders are like this, what message are we going to give to the youth of our nation?
In a TV Interview Ms. Yagnik says that Swetha must have respected the age of Mr. Kurup. Rediculous, it should have been other way round. Mr.Kurup should have thought of his age before doing such ugly act. If Mr. Kurup is left Scott free, then WHY ASARAM is behind bars? He is also 70
Lot of wandering phaluses in congress. Some even do not know that they have offsprings! 'Toonch maal' (all females according to congress are there to be used. Still wonder why 'some' women still support this toonch party!

Why only Kerala Police? Police in all states are intelligent enough to nab any body, however highly placed the culprits are. But the million dollar question is that do they have the freedom to conduct a free and frank inquiry and do justice to the victims? Unfortunately, our police in any stares are the puppets in the hands of the politicians like Mr. Kurup. Give them a free hand, then you can commend their action.
There seems to be misunderstanding from the visuals that we could see in the media. It appears the complaint is not genuine but due to a misunderstanding. It is also very clear that some political parties want to get unjustified political mileage and wishes to malign the congress party. I heard Shweta Menon has withdrawn her complaint after the respeted Pitamber Kurup cleared and talked to her.

It do not matter. Communists gives outside support to the ruling Congress party and have the similar ideology. One of the other important minister is also alleged to be involved in a serious offence of rape and still roaming free with misuse of power and position inspite of the statement of the victim against him.
Indian women cannot file false rape charges; all non-Indian women can file false rape charges. Indian women cannot file false molestation charges; all non-Indian women can file false molestation charges. Indian women cannot file false dowry harassment charges; all non-Indian women can file false dowry harassment charges. Indian women are virtuous by nature; all non-Indian women are of loose character. Indian women are innocent by nature; all non-Indian women are crooks by nature. Conclusion: All Indian men are Rapists, crooks, womanizers, sadists (including all the men who are reading this post) while all non Indian men are Innocent by nature.
if ND Tiwari is still dancing with girls, at seventy he is still very young. On the other hand, there was a flash news that this lady has withdrawn her complaint. What a drama?
Recently in Andhra Pradesh, in Anantapuram Dt. Tv channels in prime time and news papers in their main pages hauled loudly about an ACID ATTACK on a woman. The chief minister and home minister, and all major leaders hurriedly given their oath to punish the culprits as maximum as possible. of course the woman welfare NGOs demanded much speedy justice i.e the culprits shud not be trailed and must be encountered.
The next day, District superintend of police has organized a media conference and told as "after gruesome inquiry, they came to know the WOMAN herself bought the acid and sprinkled on her face to cunningly inflict her ex.boy friend who rejected to continue his affair with her" The police also nabbed her friend a man who bought that acid for her.
of course some news papers not published that news and some papers published a small tiny column in inside pages. and no TV channel uttered a single word about it.
ok. now the question is :
Is there any provision or law in indian constitution to punish that type of evil, unscrupulous woman?

It is not good to brand any group/state/culture etc as bad or as perverts etc. Personlly I have experience of having Best of the best friend who is Keralaite. Similarly had the worst impact of a keralaite. So it is the person who is pervert or bad or cruel or inhuman and not the group/culture/state perse.
