as sibal is saying UPA performed better than NDA, then why 1$ reached 69.85 rs.? why petrol reached 85 rs./lit? why onion reached 100 rs/kg? why milk reached 35 rs/lit? why water reached 25 rs/lit? why rice reached 85 rs/kg? why dal reached 150 rs/kg? can they compare the prices of above basic materials between 2004 and 2013 ?
