A joker placed in power as a token gesture to pacify seekhs. He commands respect of see nothing, speak nothing, hear nothing rats.
it is an old trick in Indian politics to create an illusion of 'international popularity and stature' when your domestic stock is down to zero. How tolerant are the advanced countries like Japan, Korea when it comes to high level corruption? Their PMs and ministers who were found guilty were sent to jailwithout getting any mercy. Such symbolic visits mean very little for resolving our multiple domestic problems, mostly created by our political leaders.
