Bihar was really a goonda state under Lallu where let alone girls, not even men could come out of their houses, after 7 PM, not in rural Bihar but Patna. Bihar, UP were completely failed States, one under Robber Devi & Dev and other under Congress. Who gave anyone the idea that Congress/UPA had any sensible plans for overall/judicious development? They want to have Delhi-B0mbay-Chennai corridor because though the plan will be there, they dont have to spend anything on it & can loot few laks of crores. If they dont know Kolcutta-Delhi or Chennai is the first need of the hour, why are they is a small wonder. Bihar can not get funds, most required to complete Nitish Kumar's plans, because if they get funds, they will develop & that is precisely what Congress & their Patriots do not want. This is because Congress never could think of developing any State during their rule & if Bihar develops now under non Congress CM, they cant digest. Now some people have to be contended with the idea that it will take time to see the results. Yes but by then another generation will have to suffer. Teachers, if required may be given proper training, out of Bihar, if Bihar does not have the infrastructure or training instructors. They dont have to tart everything from ZERO. They can borrow. Further all the Doctors from Rural areas must be made to serve, Govt only in their native district. Govt can build hospitals but not doctors. Zamindars do not want the poor to develop sinc

Nitish popularity eroding?

Indians and their common illiterate sense of being! So development has become boring so the demographics are now uttering "disillusionment". If biharis vote back Lalu because of this nonsense- I swear they will deserve the horror thats coming to them!!

What you say is correct. There was a news item that daily about 7000 people (mostly labor) land in Madras from Northern States (mostly Bihar & UP as we all know) They can account for 3000 but dont know where others disappear. This is because of the development Congress rulers have given to India, Bihar & UP in particular, in their 65 yrs rule. If states like Maharashtra, Tamilnadu etc. have developed, its not on account of Congress but because Congress did not do any development. If Congress developed anything, anywhere, it isnonly Goondaraj, corruption & alround looting of the Govt funds & poor.

Ashwin, I hope your teachers had taught you some basic mathematics and reasoning before blurting out anything in absurdity. Going my your numbers, in 2 years, the entire population of migrants ( do calculation, if you can) will be greater than the entire population of Chennai ( mind you, its Chennai, not Madras) , i.e. more than 50 Lakh people in 2 years only what you are talking about !!! :-) now hopefully you see the hollowness of your logic ( faint hope only given your logical and reasoning capability)

But still people vote for congress....what a shame.
the other reality is that the regional parties for their vote bank of minorities will again support congress at centre and India will again looted for another 5 years.God save India from congress

I hope you know the meaning of "simpleton" (foolish). It didn't look like that is what you wanted from the subject line.
