Yes. Congress Party feels that Rural INdia is their Coe constituency because they can foll the rural people for ever, with roads laid with ash instead of Cement/concrete or asphalt. Ultimately the rural areas & people are left with only ash & Congress politicians with cash.
It looks congress not confident after 9 years and Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi looks very confused and they really have no words to tell the congress and country in its favour. Mr. Singh is always in fight vain and he knows what he is.So there is a simple smile in his face always.He knows that whatever happening is not him or he is not responsible or a active PM in India.He is just a Pet in the cage of PM. Yes. Your last words are corrct whatever the rest be. If Kapil feels Aam Aadmi Party is Aadhi Adhuri Party, he is forgetting that his party (Congres) is Poori Adhuri Party & he is Poori Adhuri Person.
