These trainings always help . Army has to be updated with technology developments. It is no use blaming America everywhere and everytime even if they do good to India.
Where is the other soldier aiming, he should aim at the persons head or chest, more specifically head in this case. He is busy looking at what his colleague has found from the insurgent leader.
This is an old trick of US. It sells arms to countries-pays bribes to politicians, bureaucrats etc. and then calls Armymen for all expenses paid holiday to US..old game for US but new for Indians..

As Indian army soldiers use OLD VINTAGE SLR RIFLES. it is shame that in 21st century, Indian army is equipped with VINTAGE RIFLES. SHAME TO INDIAN GOVT. AND INDIAN ARMY.

You seems to have no knowledge regarding Indian army new military undertaking.....1ST of all Indian army is using INSAS not old vintage slr as a battle rifle and soon to be equipped with IMI tavor replacing AK 47 as assault rifle

Looks to me more like paid vacation by Indians! First of all, interactions with US Army is very limited and last very short duration. No real knowledge transfter can take place in such short duration of training. Its more like US Army demonstrating to the Indians, how to use certain firearms, how US Army personnel operate their Hi-Tech helicopters etc. I don't know the learning objectives of this exercise. It doesn't look like rigorous or high-intensity exercise is going on with Indians unlike how Americans and Japanese troops conducted war games recently in Southern California. Anyway, good break for these Indian soldiers from the harsh environment of Ladakh where they recently faced the Chinese heat.
