Chinese invasion
by Bibhive on May 03, 2013 06:41 PM

China has already invaved our household. Please count the no. of "MADE IN CHINA" products in your household before discussing about pitching tents. They have already wiped our industries and caused enough dent to our economy.

Anil Athale

Colonel Anil Athale, sir, as a lay man i can only understand that Chinese have entered our territory , and hence we have to aggressively counter it, otherwise they will keep on entering and capturing our territory.

We have to fight for our land, because although we will defeat in their hand, they will be cautious in future that if they do any incursion , India will not keep quiet

If our own ex-Army person thinks this way, we can infer what is the courage of our Army.

Chinese have lot of problems
by stephen on May 03, 2013 05:56 PM

Lot of problems chinese have which if we had a strong govt could have counter leveraged . Tibet , pathetic condition of Muslims in china can become a serious headache which India can interfere in along with trade , getting neighboring countries to align like Japan, Korea . But it has been India's misfortune that we have such timid PM run by an Italian who does not augur well for India as this country has bereaved her of her husband

ARMY DOES NOT PITCH TENTS IN NO MANS LAND FOR PICNIC!!!
by appu appu on May 03, 2013 05:52 PM

When it takes 19 days to clear the ambiguity regarding difference in perception of LAC then there is bound to be hue and cry. There is bound to be question mark regarding our credibility and our competence. Will china allow us to pitch tents in its area and get away with DIFFERENCE IN PERCEPTION? If we are claiming that they are 19 kms inside our territory then what stops us our troops from flanking them or even encircle them from behind to cut off their supply routes? They are staring into our eyes and u are suggesting just meekly look away!!!!! They have put a question mark on the very credibility of the government and that of the ARMY. I believe its high time they get some strong reply or else the LAC may pass through DELHI tomorrow!!!!!

Indian media has made the situation complicated
by pradeep agarwal on May 03, 2013 05:43 PM

The unending, factually incorrect & jingoistic reporting is what all Indian media is doing on this sensitive issue. We need to mature as a nation while reporting on matters that are crucial for peace in the region. It is entirely true that UPA has compromised on every possible issue that affects the common man & our dignity on international forums, yet inciting war without allowing the forces to do their homework is unpatriotic.let the media attack political establishment for not giving our forces what they deserve, than questioning their ability to defend our borders.

by cooldrango on May 03, 2013 05:25 PM

Why should they invade when they can occupy without invading.
