Even if he paid or got someone to sponsor? No matter how much congress cry loud, Modi has distinction of winning 3 straight elections back to back in most hostile political set up. It is million times better than Congress winning elections after elections after independence. Forget about Neharu/Indira...see Sonia & Rahul who got millions of Indians worshipping them before they were born or came to India. Modi was most hated Politician after Gujrat riots. Congress & Pseudo secularists left no stone unturned to stop him. He went ahead winning elections after elections only on his performance. I challange any Congressi (From fans on internet to Diggi Raja or Soniaji) to answer this stright question- "Why Modi was elected and re-elected by Gujrat people for 3 terms?''(Answer should be plain and straight).
Con-Gress has monopoly on bribing people to praise their leaders. When others try it, naturally Con-Gress resents it. After all it is matter of principle for that party.

First & foremost rule of Congress Party- "You have to praise Gandhi family and all their future generations without asking any question'' That is why any sane self respect Indian will never like congress party. If Modi paid few thousand dollars for his praise, then Congress has spents Billions USD naming streets/Towns/Projects/Places all over India in the name of Neharu/Indira/Rajiv and now Sonia/Rahul Baba in future. Dont say that money came from donations of millions of Indians.
even PA's of cong ministers won't accept such a low bribe for getting things done, forget about their ministers in power... and these paid media and cong are blaming US congressmen to accept this paltry amount.
This gov has lost all sensibility. They want to make news of everything.

If Congress sits out of power for 2 stright terms..party will disintegrate.They are bunch of profiteers who assemble in the name of Family worship..stresses on secularism and want to remain in power by any means.
If BJP leaders are praised this means its Paid for...and if same happens with kongress (which rarely happens)this means they are great... Kongee learn to accept that u r good managers of Votes ...nothing else

I dont understand what is the problem rediff and tv media have. On hand they say the US senators might have paid on their own for the trip and that it is an unofficial delegation and so on. If so that is fine, right. Senators paying money for a trip. Cong leaders must emulate the Cong senators and pay for their trips. Secondly, if they have paid their own money, then why do you have headlines like US senators might have been paid to come to gujarat and praise Modi. It can be only either of these, it cannot be both.

The actual proposition is the Cong govt trying to use the Senators' visit to score some brownie points but only managed to blacken their own face and that of the media which took the money from Cong party.

was it funded? is the question. then a responsible blogger will look into who is asking. If it is a congress agent, they have forfeited every right to [oint finger at bangaru even when they have looted for good 60 years with other sectarians.
The reports in the American newspaper says that the delegates had paid between $3000 and $16000 for their trip to India which includes their accommodation, airfare etc.
Now, the Gujarat government unlike the central govt. does not dole out tax payers money for the accommodation and travel of foreign delegates, unlike the central govt. which has continuously funded the stay of the killer marines of Italy in 5 star hotels at the behest of the honest tax payer of the country...
Some outlets of media like rediff are either paid or just completely ignorant of English...

this would also mean that the Gujarat govt. does not give any weightage to any foreign delegates by not sponsoring their tours and just judges them by their merits, not by the fact whether or not they are close to a particular foreign wai-tress....

So the real thing is that the delegates HAD PAID money for their trip to India. It means EXACTLY OPPOSITE to the fact that published by REDIFF that they WERE PAID money for their trip to India...
Shame on paid news agencies like rediff who twists the news for their political masters at their will. There should be a ban on such misreporting agencies...
The dirty trick department will go over board as the elections near to fabricate lies against all opposition parties particularly the BJP and more so against Narendra Modi.
