THE MINISTERS STATEMENT THAT THE MINIMUM AGE FOR GIVING CONSENT BY A FEMALE FOR SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AS 16 WHICH IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE IPc IS CORRECT & MEDICAL STUDENTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY WERE TAUGHT SO TOO..........

in fact it shd be 14 years as now a days the girls and boys r well matured at this age and many have sexualRELATIONSHIPS,

What can you expect from a Home Minister who reads the copy of his speech also in Parliament. The man was a disaster in the Power Ministry and now Sonia has elevated him as Home Minister.Everytime he opens his mouth he puts his foot in it!

Why is Shin Day bringing this issue up again when the government has already decided that consent age is 18?

Does Shin Day have an eye on a 16 year old he can't wait till she becomes 18?!
