Isn't this the standard operating procedure of this ruling Cabal of Corruption?? Knowing these politcoes to be just as, or even more criminally corrupt, they wave the threat of 'investigations and prosecution' over their heads...criminals like Lalu, Mullayam et al have all supported this Cabal of Corruption to forestall such visits such as Stalin's, by this venal party's very-own CBI or EB or any of the other Federal Agencies they own.
The loud minister Narayanswami says CBI is independent because according to him the Govt. had not sanctioned the raid. But it can be other way round that CBI was used to fix Karunanidhi and gang.
It is not just today that Congress has been using CBI as the dirty tricks department of the party. This is one more instance that CBI is just doing things at the behest of the party in power. If as they say that the Government does not know how CBI got to raid the DMK functionaries houses, and that theCBI has valid reasons for the raid then the million dollar question would be raised " Why the CBI did not raid the said functionaries and make arrests.
But since time immemorial congressare practiced to carry on immorally! Netaji Subhas, Dr Shyama Prasad, and so on -all are examples of congress' immorality! But people are low in IQ and so they get votes!

Anybody can find out that there was a " HIDDEN MESSAGE " behind CBI raid on Stalin. This is also a message for Mayawathi, Mulayam, Mamatha and all errand UPA partners. Ultimated we supported the resolution of USA and crufified Sri Lanka as DMK wanted. This can be eplained away to Sri Lanka as an unavoidable situation. If India didn't support U.S. , there would be no UPA to support Sri Lanka henceforth. At the same time, the CENTRE wants to givce a CLEAR SIGNAL to all that any more threats and brow beating will not be tolerated by UPA anymore. Is it clear ?????
The guys sitting in Cong HQ are not fools. They would never have ordered CBI raids at THIS TIME when whole country is saying it is congress bureau of investigation.
Guys sitting in CBI are also from the same society and have their own political affiliations / ambitions.
This clearly looks like a handiwork of a Nikkerwala so as to embarras the government.

you are saying Nikkerwala is controlling cbi? then what is PM MMS doing? is he worth of his chair if he does not know what CBI is doing?
The CBI was investigating the black money trail in the purchase of high end luxury cars and people getting away without paying the excise duty.
If CBI was autonomous, how they were stopped from conducting raids.
The CBI is formed to ensure that they act on credible information and arrest and comprehend people who betray the country, then how is our prime minister and finance minister unhappy and making public apologies for these raids.
Such shameful act by the highest authorities going unnoticed is what tells us about the Indian public.
This has to be protested by the people to let them know that people have really been enlightened and these things must not be tolerated.
Yes,CBI raid on DMK leaders was a warning to SP & BSP for the survival of Congress,that's why time has come to vote for any party except Congress who is bent upon to mis-use CBI.later stage people may forget the correct name of CBI.Yes CBI has very good officers and if given free hand irrespective of any political pressure they can make INDIA shine
