Indian consitution is written in such a manner that one is always at fault in one way or other wheter innocent or defaulter. Government can interprate anything, depending on who the offender is.
Plus our consitutuin has soft corner for actual ofenders, it gives thenm ample room to escape for any thing
Sunjay dutt example is there, it was proved initialy that he was at fault biut he was given bail to enjoy life. Now also i do not hink he will remain behind bars for long.
Yes google Delloite , Pwc , american companies are here of database collection and this sensitive inforamtion given to these companies is used by the CIA and other intellegence agencies to Blackmail them , Microsoft is a front for Spying , We should be very careful , We should from a new division in the intellegence agencies to look into such things and Nail them in the intrest of Security in India .

In spite of getting screwed royally, every now n then, Bhukkad Indians (the beggars they are) love only US..... not for hospitality but ONLY for the 50 plus X conversion rate.
