Since he has gone to Ajmer dargah he is bound to get the blessings but he should take care to pay compensation to the family of the beheaded soldier at least an equal amount to that paid by the Indian govt as this point was raised by the priest strongly.
Once they have sealed the plot the dues can be deemed to have paid on and from that date i.e. the date on which it was sealed. If they keep it sealed for ten years then will the disqualification be presumed to be continuing indefinately..?
