So it seems Kerala police si downgrading his crime from rape to forgery only !!!Why is it doing so , is it because he is from a superior Hindu caste and not from a inferior Hindu caste.

Sammer,In the Kerala police jurisdiction, the case is for forgery only. The case of rape belongs to the state of Rajashthan. After enquiry he will have to go to jail for both crimes.First for rape in rajasthan and for forgery in Kerala, and for jumping the bail. That must be around some 24 years.
Are you satisfied?Dont keep a myopic vision on every matters.
This guy doesnt seem that smart enough to have handled all this by himself, and going by what we have seen, his father has been using his position to his best use in all possible ways.I had a great admiration towards these IPS officers. Now its all changed.I know now, that an IPS,is in no way lesser corrupt than a politician,so no way we can improve our country, with educated and qualified personnel damaging it so bad.

he doesnot look like a southie. southie are dark and short with white big teeth and dark curly oily hair
Does the Kerala Police ACTUALLY want the nation to believe that this rapist's father is totally innocent?
How long will those in authority keep on misusing it?
That this then 22/23 yr old rapist disappeared, forged a new identity, got false certificates issued in his assumed name, got a passport, a driving license, and even a job in a bank ALL ON HIS OWN, without any help from his father who was a very senior police officer in his state - IS IT BELIEVABLE???
It is quite obvious that the Kerala Police is trying to help a fellow police officer, albeit a retired one.

Ok, maybe his father helped him. But what if he had not, how can you be so sure that his father helped him. He has identified the photograph as his son's so he is cooperating with the police. Police may want to believe nation that father is innocent, but you already believe that he is not. There are courts to decide whether his father was involved or not, why should we make judgment.
It is a wake up call for all Banks to screen and scruitinize the profiles of all of its employees. Who knows how many terrorists/criminals/anti-social elements are working in Banking sector with forged testimonials and fake identity like Bitti Mohanty.

Father & Son duo of Mohanties are even capable of tweaking and forging the DNA test report because father is a retired DGP of Orissa.

Kerala police works exceptional in cases which gets national attention in Media. There are other 1000 number of local cases which ar still unresolved.
