Talk logically, do not FFAARRTT in this forum! It is the Kangresss policy of cultivating goondas that has ruined this country!
Both women's life is impacted hugely.. first loses her husband for illicit relationship. second one loses her man-friend and respect amongst all known people.
As a good gesture, the wife should allow the man to marry this lady, and accept her as a soutan.
Let the law take its time on punishing the culprits.

What you suggest - Is it legally allowed as per the various marriage Acts, EXCEPT for Muslims ????

Law steps in only when the first wife complains. If she agrees, you can do whatever you want.
