Who stopped the rulers of indian birth to implement character building? NONE! The men in power were themeselves SHORT IN WISDOM ,(engrossed by british supremacy)! Later fights for retaining power absorbed them which allowed no time to think on character building! RESULT! TODAY'S HELPLESSNESS! WILL LAW BE ABLE TO ARREST ALL FACTORS?

We can not address marital rapes as it will break the institution of marriage! What meaning does one make out of such statement?
If Marriages are rotten and exploitative in worst possible ways it has to be broken.

Some time Police files rape case with lover couple also, and hide original rape case behind money. What about that?

No use of telling here We all saw what happened in Delhi rapecase where the entire world knows who are the culprits In fact that should have been a openandshut case for murder as the victim died But our judges want to give evilcriminals a fair trial and our politicians do not want any strict punishments because many of themselves have the rapecharges against them
