by krish chandrasekhar on Mar 05, 2013 09:10 AM

Mr Raja has said repeatedly that the Prime Minister and Finance Minister P Chidambaram were aware of the policies he implemented, and did not over-rule him while he was allocating telecom licenses.

If it is true then we need to know.

A Raja's request to depose before JPC
by mortha rao on Mar 02, 2013 03:38 PM  | Hide replies

Mr Raja was just jailed based on allegations and without giving an opportunity to express himself about the allegations. He volunteers now to depose before the JPC. The UPA govt, JPC, hon'ble Supreme Court and other investigating agencies must help Raja express the cirmustances in which he had to indulge in wrongfull(if at all)allocation of 2G sprectrum. He too deserves natural justice.

There is no such need. If Raja is allowed to have his way then so should have Kasab and Guru. Raja is a downright dishonest crook and does not deserve to be even given bail.

The main accused is not being questioned in the probe... this must be joke. Or a planned act to protect the big politicians.
