The person wont be there because he will be a temporary staff. The principal would have said no to the question whether temporary staff like cleaners should be present. So is it effective justice to supspend the principal?
The person wont be there. It will understand what is required and look around and shake its head and hide its face in mothers sari. Everybody will understand that nothing can be done and the criminal is there but the child doesnt know. Principal suspend.
I highly suspect thatevilcriminal was an outsider much possibility is that he must be an insider Police should mark all staff walk in front of that kid and ask her to identify after assuring her multiple times that nobody will hurt her

But then what is the use even if thatevilcriminal is caught Some greedy lawyer will take up his case and making use of loop holes in the Indian Judiciary system that evilcriminal will walk away free in some time and do the same with another innocent helpless kid Are we really short of manpower in this country? I do not think so with our ever growing population Then why do we keep the evilcriminals alive and feed them in jail wasting money and resources? Its high time rapists should be hanged without any question
