Congress culture is dependent upon proximity factor only. The more you are close, the more you praise, the more you are ready to sacrifice your life for Gandhis, the better rewards wait for you.This is the reason of down-fall of Congress. Here there is no other criteria to judge the capability of any Leader.Khurshid Khan was ready to face the bullet for Sonia Gandhi, he was rewarded Foreign Ministry. Shinde too applied same formula, he was rewarded Home Ministry. So, qualification, intelligentia does not matter here, only how much maska you can apply and lick, that matters.So, forget Bahuguna will go anywhere till Rita is there.
Bahuguna is sadly turned out to be a most Hopeless CM any state would have seen. Bad luck UK. He has no Prior experience in Governing OR in Senior Adm. position. Only sycophancy and his sister Rita Bahuguna Proximity to Sonia G are two reasons for his continuation . The Progress in the state is Totally Stand still for last !8 Months. His own son was defeated badly in Tehri Loksabha Bypoll.If Sonia is Reading this ,she Must Do something and change the Guard.
Sad to see that most of the views are based on emotions rather than on reasoning. Analyse, if I were the CM, was it within my control to stop this natures fury?
It seems Bahuguna has no "Gun" left out to be on the chair; Rawat being Water resources minister seems to have delivered ample water from his resources, at a stretch !!! The State must have been handed over to the Indian Army for 5 years to reconstruct the whole area
SIT should be constituted for investigation on dereliction of duty by Uttranchal CM and punishment of highest order should given to him to set a example so that these politicians do not take citizens granted.

The whole lot of Congis in Uttarakhand is after Swami Ramdev; so they dont find spare time to see people's problems including such calamities; it is shame on them !!!!
One finds no logic in anything! In my opinion 'SACKING' will not bring the lives back! The callousness in ACTION is of highest order ! SO THIS USELESSMAN SHOULD BE BANNED FROM POLITICS FOR LIFE! AND THE SELECTORS OF THIS USELESS NEED BE PUNISHED! SInce there is no provision in constitution ONLY METHOD IS 'VOTE OUT' BUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF ELECTRONIC VOTING MACHINES NEED BE CHECKED! I doubt it!

There is technical issue in Electronic Voting machine. Every fifth pressing of any button is counted for specifically single person...
Have we ever come across CM being sacked for being ineffective, particularly if it has in any way afected or lead to the deaths of Hindus? Never, particularly CM of UK has uprooted BJP & that itself is enough for him to rule, as long as he is alive. Baara khoon maaf. But if a haj pilgrim misses his flt or his undergarments lost, the CM will be sacked. And there will be demand from all the haj pilgrims & all India Muslim League that Narendra Modi must be sacked irrespective where it happened in India.

If any, the CM of Uttarkhand has not acted on the warnings/wweather reports by the Met Dept. That is not a crime. No wonder if he is even rewarded (in closed door conference)
