Rahul Gandhi was out of the country when tragedy struck Uttarakhand, the end of congress ?
If the State govt was bad what was the Central govt doing? Just waiting to blame the State govt and make the CM resign? That's all their responsibility? Shouldn't UPA be held responsible for not taking timely action?

More pilgrims died without clean water and food and porters tosing pilgrims in Rivers torob them of their goods. Even now Congress Government has not started free Kitchens or erected Tents for Sheltors or Hospitals.
The Congress Govt in Uttarkand is solely responsible for the man made Kedarnat5h Tsunami. Not only sack Bahuguna but also take all the other bereaucrats and politicians to face trial for this catastrophe which is made by them

to prevent modi from helping tourists and peoplle this cm bahuguna instructed that other states should take permission from him before helping. its a cruel joke on those suffering. congress is all out to prevent modi for any length even if people die. shame on u congress plz dont play with tragedy let other states and volunteers help those struck in this treagedy

I dont think only CM Bahuguna is responsible. All congress Spokepersons were saying sonia and Manmohan singh is actively looking in relief work and are in command. Also central team of Ambika soni was overlooking the entire work. Why only now Mr Bahuguna is now made scapegoat (soft Target) . Its true bahuguna was not proactive in relief work but who elected him as CM. He is made CM by High Command so who's major responsibilty is this????
