It is a clear case of political vendetta by Crooked C'gress to misuse CBI to take vengeance against Jagan.This wealth was generated during his father's period and why congress turned a blind eye to this loot then if it is honest on corruption.All started only when he refused to support C'gress.Shameless congress is not fit to rule this country any more.

enquiry commission was appointed to look into the corruption charges om karunanidhi . it came with adverse remarks against him around 1976/77! when he aligned with Indira in the election held in 1980/81 and she won, the enqury report was forgooten!

part of illiterate folks vote for him as they got free-bee's from previous Govt. But subject here is whether he is un-ethical or not :)
