Conviction of the murderers
by Dhiru Mistry on Aug 01, 2013 09:27 AM  | Hide replies

Yes. we have very slow juducial system. It would have taken years to convict or acquit the accused. Extrimism can not be tolerated. Our 'Forum For Fast Justice' is working on our slow judicial system. Lets hope the system changes for good.

Actually the more realistic scenario would have been along the following lines.
Some minority leaders would have launched a campaign alleging the whole thing to be a stage managed affair and that the accused were being victimised purely on minority religious grounds. Pressed by the non constitutional entities like Digvijay Singh, Markanday Katju, Anuradhati Roy and others Sonia Gandhi would have directed the Supreme Court to instruct CBI to "investigate" the matter. The CBI having formed an SIT for this purpose and then obeying "its Masters Voice (Congress)" would have come up with a clean chit for the three victims blaming the whole sordid incident on the machinations by a certain Narendra Modi and his supporters like the RSS, VHP and many others not even remotely connected with the incident. The four poor "victims" of the miscarriage of Indian justice would then have been pronounced innocent by the Supreme court and would then suitably financially compensated, feted and celebrated as "heroes" by a section of the Indian society.

Extremists are Extremely Special People, whether they belong to Khalistan group, RSS Sangh Parivar, Jehadis. They all are treated with honor and praises. For example an extremist called Bhinderwal singh he was given the title of Santh, another called Laxman Sethy, he was decorated with Bedant acharya Swamy Sri Sri Laxmanand Ji, one more is Mullah Umar of Afganistan. It is upto all to think - what kind of Santh, Bedant Acharya Swamy or Mullah they are. Are we not derogating the sacred words like "SANTH' "BEDANT ACHARYA' "MULLAH". Extremism must be condemned at all & every stage. We are the sick people who portray these criminals of mankind as heros for our mean mindedness and fickle understanding. It is use less to blame any political parties, religious groups and sects.

right and Justice Katju and Diggi would have come with theories, with barkhaDutt selling 'innocent youth' theory, showing interview of their mother/father saying 'our son is innocent'..seriously we miss all that here.
