it will do good if the privilege that is given or held by the central govt to take precaution in the appointment a constitutional body at the center, is extended to the govt headed by the opposition parties!
late sri.chenna reddy was transferred to tamilnadu as governor to keep him away from the AP. a political decision in the interest of AP and the congress. but, his relationship with jeylalitha left much thing to be desired! rancour had deepened to such an extent that she did not even see him off when he left tamilnadu at the end of tenure!
Rangarajan was sought by chandrababu naidu and posted as governor of AP. i think he did not fall allover chandrababu naidu or antogonised him!

Yes, SC is anti national, corrupt, paki, on Congress payroll etc etc etc. We have heard that.

We have great respect to SC. But it has erred in upholding the Governor's action. Governor is only a titular head. The Governor should not assume executive powers over elected CM and his cabinet.

paid sanghi/modi employees. if the decision had to be given by the SC in congress ruled states their comments would have been just the opposite.

This is not the first time that religion came ahead of justice . in Ayodhya case also inspite of evidence by the Archaeological survey of india that A TEMPLE WAS DISMANTLED , the muzzie judge gave 1/3 land to muzzies becoz for them religion comes first

Beginning of the End for Narendra Modi? After Raghavji it’s Modiji?
It is Fun to see nervous Modi. What will he do now? Pretend to be more confident and arrogant?
Talk about Ram Mandir?
Instigate Riots?
But all these corruption issues will come out one day.
Modi will call these Judges names and say that they are Not Hindu Nationalist from RSS
This judgment is an insult to 6 crore Gujrati’s or 1 single Narendra Modi and Team?

your donki logic is underrated. Everyone knows that the congis control the cbi and SC
Supreme Court rightly put this Noseband across Mao D's face to control him. Hope he will now be in a bit of control... and whenever he will boast, he can be under scrutiny
The Supreme Court has said that the opinion of the Gujarat HC Chief Justice was most important and the Governor could appoint the Lokayukta without the state govt's advice. It means a biased Congress sent Governor can recommend any person who would go on to harass an opposition led govt.
Once the govts change, the same thing will be repeated. The Supreme Court should have said that all three parties, HC Chief Judge, Governor and CM should agree on a common name from a panel of names in the interest of fair play and justice.

An honest CM cannot be harassed by any Lok Ayukta. Modi should have said that he is willing to accept his worst critic as Lok Ayukta. But for obvious reasons, he fought until the last and squandered 25 crores of tax payers' money.

Oh yeah!.In Karnataka the Lokayukta let off former Congress CMs Krishna, Dharam Singh, JDS's Kumaraswamy and only targeted Yeddy even though his own report had indicted the others also. The Governor Bharadwaj himself is not without fault. He is the person who had ordered the defreezing of Quottrochi account in UK Bank.On instructions from whom? You can guess? He got the post as a reward.
Re: Re: Re: Some Problems
by MHS on Jul 19, 2013 07:45 PM
Do you mean to say that the person targeted by Lok Ayukta was clean? Then what is your problem?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Some Problems
by jet on Jul 20, 2013 05:45 AM
His problem is the lokayuktas are politicall biased. Bharadwaj was working as congress agent to destabilize and malign BJP govt and he succeeded in that. Yeddi's land allotment was of 4 crore value where as other congie scams ran into thousands of scores.

Yes, what Modi deed to defy the High Court's decision and take up to the SC which gave the same. Waste of public money.
