Made to clean toilets, serve and not read books for thousands of years, killed for even eating dead cattle, killed for marrying caste-Hindus..... the conditions endured have been worst than Apartheid.... It is time the Dalits get atleast 25% of every job in India, both private and public, to offset all the ill done to them

privilege for citizen

Justice, Education and health care are to be provided and minimum cost to citizen, rather it is their privilege. But everywhere there are specialists in these areas making money and only those who are rich get benefited from these services

Govt. has created all such imbalances due to vote bank, they only look after politicians or govt. servants, whereas majority is not getting a job of even Rs.100 per day, today a lowest govt. servants cost to them Rs.40000 p.m. with all retiral and perqs. till death. How such prejudiced people can look after mass population.

There are many government schools where education is free. There are government health centers too where you can be diagnosed and even given medicines for free

today no govt servant wants to go to govt hospital. all want to go to corporate hospitals. In AP it is called Aroygasri.... so much confidence govt servants have in the infrastructure they create & administer.

Reservation
by Damu ramamurthy on Jul 18, 2013 12:09 PM  | Hide replies

Its unjust to mix reservations in judiciary.Once anything is reserved then the quality, balance, clarity or facts fade away.
The way we Indians are made obssesive about reservations that one day even any bride will be asked to select only a reserved catogory groom. Its so possible. TILL WE TALK OF RESERVATIONS INDIA WILL NEVER DEVELOP IN ANY MANNER.

Reservation was provided to bring deprived one in main stream of the country, it has been made a caste tool for vote bank for people like Mulayam, Maya, Paswan, congress and so many others. Purpose is totally defeated as none of the needy and deprived is getting benefit, all are snatched by sons/grandsons of this new caste SWARAN among dalits have come up. They are not permitting their actual needy to grow.

BJP is the main culprit to day, supports Mayawati for in promotion too. Whereas tag of dalit must be removed from Maya, other needy deprived leaders must come up.

US prides in appointing a Hispanic or Black in the list of judges. There is reservation; otherwise, they will not see any divesity in these offices.

Reservation in India is a necessity so as to bring parity in society, but only to needy and poor-not in the way it is presently enjoyed by few families only viz. Maya, Mulayam, Paswan must loose their reserved tag, they have been uplifted, new leaders must be given this tag. But these leaders are not permitting needy to come, similarly in jobs, already on the govt. jobs are not permitting other needy to come.

We had both intelligent brahmins and brick-brained ones. But all of them ended getting good jobs due to 'reservations'. However, the intelligent and hardworking ones went further and became leaders. There are enough brick-brained brahmins who spoil the nation. They are in RSS and BJP, killing, plotting and ruining the harmony..

He knows that SC/ST and OBCs have very intelligent, articulate and humble judges like him. Hope he makes sure he recommends, trains and fills all the position based on a empathic perspective without diluting the office.

kathir the whole point is despite of the fact that he is one of the best judges of the world with all the knowledge the tag of reservation spoils all, so y don't u support to end all kind of cast reservation and provide it on the basis of conditions a person lives in. I have witnessed today, so many IAS and IPS who do not need reservations for their family members still take full advantage for each of their kids. Y so? R they still not confidednt, can't they deny reservations and set an example? Do they still need crutches when it comes to excellence and quality?

Service period
by arungopal agarwal on Jul 18, 2013 12:05 PM  | Hide replies

India is young, all must retire on army pattern, where fit and as per vacant position, officers reach upto the age of 60 else they all retire by 50 as Lt. Col. no extension.
Civilians have made every law in their favour and are eating and looting the govt.

We saw it in 1940's after independence too!
As generations passed it fell from that height!
B'coz od infiltration of foreign atitudes!
After all a human brain capacity is very limited !
If it intakes some forgets rather rejects others!
Example- wearingt of dhoti- is being abandoned by time!
Next lookling after old parents - being forgotten under influences of evil thoughts!
many more ...
