I have purchase a Tab from rediff shopping on 11/07/2013 by making a payment of Rs. 6000/- got the delivery of the tab which was:-
1 The same was old and used with bad display and scratchy screen.
2 No Bill & User Manuel received.
3 Photo Take by earlier user still appearing in the tab.
I attach herewith screen shot of the rediff shopping advertisement in their website no were it was mention that used and old tab will be supplied.
Immediately after receiving the consignment, I send my protest email asking for to return the goods & Money Back and also spoke to Customer care of Rediff shopping. But till date they have not done anything to redress my grievance.It seems to be a clear case of Cheating by rediff shopping.

One token case to appease the Sikh Community. There are thousands in congress party who had hand in killing over 4thousand but only 1 to show. Whilst congress is out to get everyone in Gujarat BJP for the revenge attacks on minority community after Godhra riots.
It is unfortunate that cases, so sensitive are languishing in files for decades. This very fact emboldens individuals to commit offences. By the time the judgement does come, the convicts are already in the dusk of their lives and have nothing to loose. Further, our law and humanity treats such old convicts with sympathy which is not wrong but results is acquittal on grounds of compassion. Until the system is revamped and justice is delivered within a time frame, these games will go on and sufferings of the common man shall have no respite. The SC should ponder over the system and stress upon timely delivery.
