I think we are scared to death of others and that is why best escape is to blame the government.
Whats the point when you ignore warnings, and after the bombing start chasing clues and people...total nonsense ! With so many attacks every year, the govt and agencies still dont seem to learn indicating that either they dont care or they are unfit to secure us..in either case, people suffer and life goes on...
in 40 Years- India will be overpopulated with Muslims, and that will be the death of the country. The process will be hastened by congress pro-minority policies and bleeding heart Hindu liberals. Add to this millions of illegal Bangladeshis coming to India, they will multiply like bacteria adding fuel to the fire. Pessimistic view, sorry.

CONGRESS IS NOT COMMUNAL LIKE BJP. IN CONGRESS STATES MUSLIMS STILL GET RENTED HOMES AND BOYS AND GIRLS GET THEIR JOBS.IN BJP STATES IT IS NOT HAPPENING.TAKE A LOOK.
It is understandable that some political heads are against the NCTC proposal fearing the imbalance it may cause in the federal structure, but there has to be some structure for inter-state networking of the anti-terror organizations. If a terror module decides to suddenly stop its activities in an area & slip out to activate a dormant module somewhere else, then there needs to be quick, if not instant change in strategy & it is only possible when we have such a fluid & inter-connected structure.
It is also in the interest of the respective state heads because when terror hits a state , who , apart from the IB, the state machinery & the local administration is the first to be blamed. So, the webbing & inter-connectivity is absolutely indispensable to challenge & incapacitate the changing face of terror.
