After the episode of GUJRAT, CBI and IB will not act nor react even if these wanted are caught, they will react only after these wanted kill innocents like in Bombay and PUNE.Just leave the BOMBS BLAST then react

no question of reacting they are the spectators not silent they find the way of condemning B J P and R S S using this as a tool
