who is innocent ...who is not ..nobody knows .. But if it was a fake encounter, then all the persons who fired bullets and who ordered ...are the MURDERS ..and should be brought to justice ... we dont live in a BANANA Republic ... we are a cultured society ...one who doesnt beleive in this ...should be in jail ..noplace for such people in civilised society ...

fake encounter to kill jihadis is very good to save lives -- thee have been 440 encounter in other states and most were fake - why support jihadis ?

yes culprits should be booked but exploiting muslims for votes should be stopped. justice can be available through court and not by media trial.

yes but media is not the place they can go to the court which can give a clear judgement and justice. Can congress tell the nation when allhabad court gave a verdict against Mrs.Gandhi she clamped emergency and in shahabano case the law was amended after the Supreme court judgement. Why are the cases against Mayavati and Mulayam Singh are pending and cases against Modi and DMK leaders given wide publicity when investigation is on.
The case is pending in Court. CBI will present its case and the Government of Gujarat as also the IB will present their side of the case. Why should people like Brinda jump to the conclusion and condemn the CM of Gujarat even before the court comes to a conclusion? Is she a super Supreme Court of India?
There will be always a debate on Ishrat encounter. But question is if ishrat and her friends were innocent why IB and Gujrat police got by hunting them. Why IB, Gujrat Police and Modi were so interesting in the encounter. As per SC CBI is a parrot in cage if UPA. We Cant target IB and Police for encounter. If she was with innocent and with some terrorists than need not mourn on her encounter. Politicizing of the matter only hurt our integrity.
