I think the solution for this lies with government and the individuals running the industry. The government should try to balance the power cut to all the sectors they should also be similar power cuts for the software companies and shopping malls 12- 13 hours and they should be asked to pay high with the money they get they should make solar energy facilities and give to industries. The owners of the company should try to get solar enery as that will be the best way out in summer season
what happened to kudankulam? it can give 2000MW..50% problem solved.sort out the distribution loss and you have solved around 65% problem ( assuming u bring down the loss from 23 to 8%).
Anti Tamil Fascist UPA Govt every year celebrates feast on 24 May for Lankan Govt successfully carried out genocide on Tamils. Every time before the UN meet UPA Govt invites the war criminal Mr Rajapakshe to discuss to discuss and plan how to save the war criminal from the UN.
Almost 3 and a half year passed after war, there is no political settlement for the tamils and resettlement not happening for tamils, only sinhalas are settled in tamil areas. Near about 300 temples were grounded by the Lankan Forces, Buddhist Gumphas were constructed in place of temples. Most of the Tamil villages were renamed in Sinhala and Buddhism names.
Both the UPA Govt and Sinhala Govt are doing their best to destroy complete Tamil community in the island.

previous Govt screwed the power situation by giving FREE power to all people after giving them free TV sets....and there was no metering of this free power to TV viewers....!!!...
Jaya is more interested in stalling Vishwaroopam than providing Tamil Nadu people succour who are grappling with acute power crisis. From just 2-3 hours during DMK reign, we see the spectacle of 16-18 hour power cuts in many Districts except Chennai.
TNERC Chairman's view is perfectly alright. I was really surprised to know that the Electricity and alled costs of TNEB charged to customers is too low.If the political parties didnt want to recover the cost price, atleast should divert available funds wasted now on freebies.
