Do you think they need to find enemies outside their party? Absence of Congress leaders during Rajiv assassination tells the story. I am sure moment congress leaders see that they won't able to win or their "Gandhi" leader is not capable of keeping them to power they will have their plan executed the way they executed for Rajiv.
