The culprit could be a friend of Head mistress. otherwise there is no need to do all the precautions to shield him. Not only she should be sent to jail, she should be summarily dismissed from service with out any notice and pension facilities.
What kind of lady is this... when people try to prevent these types of crimes, she is trying to shield the man.. shame..shame...shame..

Why was the management trying to wash the toilet/clothes and give bath to the girl is a big question.
