India must create an excellent cyber-security and cyber-warfare programme. The future of warfare is connected to a very large extent with cyber-warfare.
As such it is not right to be negligent in such strategic domains. India has all the resources to create an excellent cyber-warfare mechanism, due to its superb software engineers and technical manpower resources, probably more than any other country.
As such India should create an excellent cyber-security and cyber-warfare programme, which can give it a much needed competitive edge militarily speaking , and at same time defend its resources and assets in cyberspace from attacks from hackers from hostile nations.
This should be one of the top priorities of the Indian armed forces and government organizations.
