Appears to be a case of casually consensus rape with profit motive behind, no one can rape a women for three years. Somehow our laws are defective and one sided including Sharda Act pertaining to dowry, which now books only fake cases in majority.

Victim was jailed becoz she killed the MLA.. Killing is an offence..

And that is the problem why rapes happen. That is exactly the reason why good people cannot help stop these incidences because the law puts them in a weak position. If you use a gun/knife to stop a crime, then you are no criminal...you are a hero!

The woman complains rape for 3 years? is it possible for an educated prinipal to keep quiet of this horrible act for 3 years, but suddenlyStabbed him.... may be it was concensual for profit, but when caught redhanded it turned out to be arape.
Further, why the-rapist is out on bail? Did the court believed her version or not ?
