Our leaders are shouting that they have made a strict law to punish rapists after Nirbhaya case.I feel it will be in law books . Are the culprits of Nirbhaya case been executed ? The case is still pendig. In most cases the mercy petitions are not dispaosed by the presidents ( Mr. Mukherji is an exeception). A Law is no effective unless the culprits doesnot actually punished as per the Supreme court's decision.There are lot of loopholes. Nirbhaya case is the best example.Are the culprits hanged till date? Probably they will never be hanged.
One thing that can be clearly predict from these slides that all the parties and the netas are culprits ,we got all major party netas lined up here saying all the nonsense that they can . Shame on these so called democratic parties.You will learn when ur daughter or wife will fall into the rape trap
Barbaric attrocities against 5 year old girl is shocking.I understand police can not prevent all such incidents, but it can give yoman service to society by bringing to book culprit promptly& effectively.Delhi police has failed to discharge its duty.
