Victory of secularism
by Vishvaksenah E on Jan 05, 2013 11:33 AM

Letting free a noble and secular person called Mohd Hussain alias Julfikar Ali is an act of secularism.

Let it be ingrained in the minds of all police guys that in beloved Bapuji's country no person with a secular name can ever commit a crime.

Supreme court had done great service to mankind by acquitting this person. I wonder why the numb trial court judge sentenced this innocent with death only on the basis of false story by police.

Police and cbi officers like S khare (S.P of crime branch lko) should be spanked in public.

trial court and high court awarded death penality to a person and SC and retrial court acquitted him of all charges .... Two extream ends, one life taking and the other life giving. Should there be lapses,in delevering justice, to that extent

Yes it is. In lower court judges also come under influence by politicians. Like Modi Ji got the judge changed 3 times to bail out BabuBajrangi but at last justice prevailed. Hear Babu Bajrangi in Youtube.

Remember SAG Geelani who was pronounced death sentence by Pota court in Parliament attack case and afterwards Supreme court acquitted him.

His Student spitted on his face in a gathering.

He was shot by right wing. Poor Man.

Imagine being in his place.
