We have to do away with the extremely detestable British tradition of having a trial even for every heinous crime.Police investigation report and the testimony of the rape victim is sufficient enough for the Courts to announce the death sentence/castration sentence to the rapists!
First 'terror' is to defined.Spreading communal hatred,and acts of rape,murder,kidnap etc are all acts of terror.And the worst act of terror is having a trial for rapists!

It is Congress Doing Divide and rule taking support of all communal parties Not BJP If Gujarat riots happened it is because Muslims WHo Burned people in train Dont Curse MODI for that Italian COngress is responsible for Communal Division
