what i feel by reading the news this (given judgement of SC) may be the win of congress and anti modi people but clearly death of Indian Judiciary/rape of justice.

There are 22 state in India.. Why are people just focusing on Modi?
The reason being once he is on national stage and people awake then the last 60 years of loot by Kangi Propaganda Infrastructure is really under threat...
It has come at the right time with Congress being vanquished in pools.There is a need to check the corruption in govt which has gone unnoticed in last 10 years due to absence of a neutral body.NM should also consider this as a good opportunity to actually prove his stand on low tolerance towards corruption with a person being Lokayukat who can't be projected as pro-BJP

If Modi Governance is as honest as claimed, Modi should not have thwarted Lok Ayukta appointment for 8 years. Modi should have insisted on the appointment of his worst critic as Lok Ayukta.

Corruption in India is a disease that has engulfed the nation.The only difference in Gujarat as against some of the states ruled by UPA allies & Congress is that you can see the work on roads regardless of corruption.The biggest factor in favor of Modi is his personal image of a person who is not corrupt which can't be said for his officials & other ministers

Modi is not clean. His intentions are dubious. Modi never has the respect for laws as he himsel thinks is bigger than the laws...
How can anyone expect civility from Modi as he's bad for the highest principles of constitutional governance?

This is nothing but frustrated outburst of a person left with nothing else to show after been demolished in final test of strength in democracy.You must learn to respect the verdict of people.
Myself when young did eagerly frequent, Lawyer and Judge and heard great Argument, About it and about; but ever more, Came out by the same door as in I went. with apologies to Omar and FitzGerald (not that either of them deserve any apology.)
I had this question on my mind for a long time.Just for curiosity, why did the BJP not consider Modi for any position in the government earlier? He is of the same age group as Sushma, Jaitley, Pramod Mahajan.Ideally such a supremely talented and capable person should have been a member in Vajpayees cabinet at least right from 1996 when BJP formed its first ever central government.Till 2001 he was only used for party work and not in governence and became a CM by accident.
Any answers ? And is it the same reason that is preventing the BJP from projecting him as a PM candidate? Did the BJP waste his capabilities till 2001?

Because, as it is told by some RSS workers that during the year 1999-2000 there were somany aspirants in Gujarat BJP for the post of CM. It was taken by a Group that they appoint a man who will act on THEIR behalf and they found Narendra Modi as a handpicked busband who they though will not tress-pass the line they draw and act as they wish.
