Varun had spit venom during an election rally and he also belongs to the Gandhi family. Hence the media coverage.

Not sure if you are aware of it, but election commission has defined certain guidelines to be followed before elections.
Did anyone find any news covering akbaruddin's speech? no. Our sickular media blacks out any such news from the Owaisis especially Burkha dhoot was totally silent. And what happened to Moorkh Bhatt who was shooting his mouth about shutting down temples? Probably busy lip kissing his daughter and making a soft core movie.

Have you ever heard speeches made by PravinTogadia, Modi, Raj Thackerey or Late Shri Shri Balasahebji? At least a case has been filed against Owaisi. The ones I have mentioned above openly dare police to arrest them.

There's no reason for anybody to hide behind anything or anybody, especially on message boards. Else, we wouldn't have seen ppl like you posting brave messages. That said, you should be either pretending not to have heard what those leaders normally say or you are here just to speak 1ies.
