China carried out 8000 judicial executions last year the number may look large but justified seeing the population of 1.3 billion. Similarly for India with population of 1.2 billion atlease 100-200 hangings everyyear for various crimes are required to create deterrence against crime and terror

Agreed, but read the Hyderabad blast news,cctv connections were cut 4days before the crime.
I wonder if we can get the news now that it was the connections were disrupted 4days ago, then where were the intelligence people or the police when it happened 4days ago.
How do they now tell us that it was done 4days ago,this shows they were aware but did nothing to stop or regain it.
