What is he trying to convey? is he legalising bribes. His comments would surely make Indian politicians and beaurocrats happy and they would also justify their needs. Time to investigate strictly and put behind bars the offenders.

He has insulted our mother country. Our corrupt systems & politicians are responsible for this.

Money-is a Lubricant and it has to be applied on many palms to reduce friction and make it operational. Now you cant get any work done in any office without it. Either the files would go missing or the person but you would go round and round around the mulberry bush !!
