Nature currently has no shortage of time. Earth has about ten billion years left before the Sun grows into a Red Giant and swallows it up. Life needs only about five billion years to evolve a human being.
So mankind can afford to destroy life on this planet at least once.
The Second Mankind might not get even that one chance because Earth might not have five billion years left, because the time to evolve need not be accurately the same every time. It could take longer than five billion years per evolution, and Earth's Life Time could be less than ten billion years left by the time the Second Mankind has evolved.
It seems to be desirable on the whole that this First Mankind decides not to destroy all life, but of course all the people living today might not have the same opinion on this point.
Alternatively if First Mankind is willing to wait about fifty years from now, then a self supporting colony of humans could be exported far away from Earth, and then the rest of First Mankind could safely afford to destroy itself along with all life on Earth.
Like all good ideas, there is serious need to promote the idea of postponing the full destruction of life on Earth by at least fifty years, and meanwhile to give increased budgetary support for development of permanent self supporting human colonies far away from Earth.

You are far behind. Now they have plans to bring these from other planets having rich resources. It may workout cheap bringing in here than mining it here

One nuclear bomb getting exploded without prior agreement could cause nuclear war.
UNO should keep a common nuclear weapons development laboratory where all countries can safely develop their nuclear weapons without enemy interference, and an international locker system to safely store them. It should be a costly paid facility so that seriousness is ensured before a country decides to have nuclear weapons of their own.
Alternatively the UNO could sell nuclear weapons at a high price to whoever needs them.

China is building a Ring of Fire, also called a String of Pearls, to overwhelm its only serious enemy India. Indians as usual are doing nothing about it except to watch it grow all around them. As usual the Indians expect some other country to come to help them survive as and when the attacks come. However prior Chinese negotiations with USA could prevent the latter from taking any interest, because by that time the importance of India to USA would have diminished to near zero and China would be vital for the USA.
Chinese do not have much time left to close the Ring, because India despite its utterly wasteful ways of doing things is sure to develop some sort of independent weapons and industrial capacity within about ten years from now. If China does not wish to be hurt in the attempt then it must close the noose around India's neck within about ten years. They appear to be working on that line.
So, it is clearly evident that few quakes in this world are man made due to nuclear tests. Atleast now these stupid nations should stop thinking tampering the earth to satisfy their super ego. US, European countries and India are the most stupidest countries in the world who does not even care of the people living.
Even a technologically superior country like USA had lot of missile test failures,but Pakistan has a 100% success as it buys tried and tested missiles from North korea & China. In return North korea gets the know how of Nuclear Technology. Pity that USA is helpless to stop Pakistan and North korea
North Korea bombs are of Chinese design , Chinese Plutonium/Uranium and passed through the ISI networks also called the A.Q. Khan network . The Missiles are of Chinese origin . So why the fuss ? Pakistanis are using the test to test their own bombs . The US/Netherlands/Switzerland and Germany are part and parcel of the Chinese Pakistani bomb so why are they making such a fuss ?
