Let us look at how educated u are and whether you will be ready to ask for the hanging of Pragya Thakur and P.S.Purohit once they are found guilty by the courts ? Give an honest reply to this if you are genuinely not communal.

Anybody who has been convicted by Supreme court for punishment including hanging should be executed. This is applicable to me, Pragya, Purohit, Sankara, Wgatail and Raj.
This is minimum requirement of law abiding citizen.

I disagree with your view on the death penalty but have no disagreement with your overall logic.

As long as Death penalty is part of our of Criminal law enforcement, Raj has to abide by it as a law abiding citizen.
Are those who write below ready to ask for the hanging of Pragya Thakur and P.S.Purohit once they are found guilty by the courts ? Give an honest reply to this if you are genuinely not communal.

if guilty and confirmed by High Court and SC whether it is Pragyna or anybody should be hanged. but there is no case against Praygna and hence NIA is postponing trail indifinitely

Every person once convicted through due process of the 'law of the land' should be punished. Cases against anti nationals, rapists, murderers should be fast tracked and followed up. If Pragya Thakur and P.S.Purohit are found guilty, they should be also hanged. No one is above or below law. I need to leave this planet with a feeling that man made society survives.

“As such, I think it was reckless on the part of the Indian polity to have taken this highly risky and dubious step, which is akin to the execution in 1983 of (JKLF founder) Maqbool Bhat, for a crime committed by others thousands of miles away in Britain, but which eventually triggered militancy in the valley,” said Dr Khan.""

Yes... he knows what is good for the country.....And those opposing terror attack master mind and its facilitator, clearly stand exposed to common man, who is paying price for the political sins of politicians
Re: Re: biased people only say that

Well, Bharat Kukreti and Udai Tripathi, read what Vijai Murugan and Indian Infidel write -they are like the terrorists - using one act to defend another! That's why the circle of violence never ends. Who can say who started it and when ? The simple principle is to let the law take its own course instead of being suited for different vested interests or communities. After all the poor who died in the Samjhauta blasts had nothing to do with any terrorist attacks. Can their relatives now use the Samjhauta killings to justify the killings of Hindus in future? This perverse logic, which was also used by Modi in Gujarat, has no end !
Dr Khan must remember that there was an open option to appoint a lawer for this man.Why you or any learned lawer from the community, did not come forward, if u think fair.justice was not done.Your talking should be in the interest of the country where you or we live and not governed by any other thing.
