Educated minds have become criminals..they do mixing of cement and sand in a way to reduce cost and make more margin over and above the contractual obligations. Raju ban gaya gentleman is the best movie that depicted such incident

very very very well said. but every thing becomes futile when corruption is involved. Hence 90% scorers can't also help. L&T was constructing this bridge. Surprised to read in todays newpapers name of L&T like companies have also become rot.
