Are you going to ask Congress the same question? Yesterday congress said that they dont want to reveal its prime minister candidate until after the elections. Basically this question is being raised so that there could be divisions made in the NDA. Sooner these people find out, better false propaganda they can then start. BJP should not play into the hands of the chamchas of Congress.

u r talking about ethics for BJP. Why not for congress. Why not UPA declare PM candidate. Congress has always cheated the democratic system. What they did in Haryana when 67 seats were won by BHajan lal and CM was made BS Hoodabcoz he used to lick the toes of sonia and rahul. What happened in utrakhand. rawat did all hard work and CM was made bahuguna. where is the democracy in congress states. First ask them for starting democracy awho are in power since so called independence.
