If the government amment kasturirangans act,it will affects the planting of new trees because the trees will not be a profitable to public.so they did not will to plant more trees.eg:Teakwood

kangress will not mind it 'coz it's their govt now in Maharashtra. If it was Opposition govt, they would have left no unturned & tried to uproot it, by hook or crook (as in Karnataka.)
