Kapil Sibal's rebuttal
by RSrinivasan on Dec 29, 2013 10:08 PM  | Hide replies

Keeps uttering some non-sense in the name of rebuttal. Except Kapil Sibal and his congress colleagues all others know very well the growing popularity of MODI.

And you are a hired blogger of Cong. The qualities of Modi are that a person who was a chaiwala has put Gujarat as the front runner in industrial development and he has won 3 elections.

Before you scorn this think about who else can be scorned on same lines. Think deeply. Dont have crusader mentality to simply curse those who dont fall in your camp.

Qualities of Modi-Communal to the core, cruel, indifferent to the communal riots in his state. He let mobs go free attacking minorities-burning homes, raping women, girls who did not even spare pregnant women raping them, slitting their wombs n throwing their babies in air n holding them onto swords;piercing sharp things in their private parts after raping them.Husbands, sons burnt alive in front of women n girls n later raping them n killing them also; flooding their homes with water n later electrocuting entire households of minorities. These are so called qualities of Modi. The reason why he has won 3 elections is because of atrocities committed on minorities that majorities have voted him to power for punishment n ethnic cleansing of minorities. It is not because of so called industrial development.

by ojore o on Dec 29, 2013 10:03 PM

Being clean and opposition to corruption can never be a belated reaction Mr Sibal. So belated reaction of Shehzade to ordnance through which tained politicians were going to be protected or to Adarsh scam is a bit belated dont you think??

If as per Kapil Sibbal,Gujarat riot stain can not be removed even after court ruling, then he should remember that there was a case on Rahul Gandhi which stain also can not be removed despite court order.

Just read this and conclude the TRUTH
The recent report of Supreme Court appointed Special Investigation Team led by former CBI Chief R.K Raghavan gave clean chit to Gujarat government and noticed that Gujarat Police tried everything to prevent the riots.[71]
On Narendra Modi's role the Special Investigation Team report states,[71]
“ Law and order review meetings were held by Modi and all the things was done to control the situation... the Army was called on time to contain the communal violence.
Modi was busy with steps to control the situation, establishment of relief camps for riot victims and also with efforts to restore peace and normalcy. In view of the detailed inquiry and satisfactory explanation of the person involved, no criminal case is made out against Narendra Modi.”

Modi on his role
In an interview on 26 July 2012 to Shahid Siddiqui, editor of an Urdu weekly, Nai Duniya and an MP of Samajwadi Party told that if he is found guilty of collusion in the 2002 riots, should be hanged, other-wise insinuations against him should cease.[72]
“ "There is no question of apologising because if I have committed this crime, then I should not be forgiven, I should be hanged. And I should be hanged in such a way that people should learn a lesson for 100 years that nothing like this should happen.
If I have not committed the crime, then the nation and the media especially should seek my forgiveness"[73]

no riots for tenth time in a row,
