Can current CJI do justice to the victim?
by Sugata Roy on Dec 29, 2013 06:46 PM  | Hide replies

Current CJI, P. Sathasivam, is a close friend of accused AK Ganguly.

Already ex-CJI, Kabir, and noted advocates like Ram Jethmalani and Soli Sorabjee have expressed their stand in support of AK Ganguly.

How could Government push the ball into the hands of Judiciary for a fresh probe?--What the initial probe that found prima facie evidence is MORE than necessary.

Retired AK Ganguly should be probed and investigated as a normal citizen by taking him into police custody.

Even that Madrasi moron and communalist Subramaniam Swamy is also close friend of AK Ganguly.

AK Ganguly's involvement with 2G probe will not exonerate his guilt in sexual assault on Stella James, an Intern who complained against Ganguly.

So what, if he is a WHRC chairman?
by Stella James on Dec 29, 2013 06:34 PM

Why Government and its machinery have to wait for President to dismiss from his post?

AK Ganguly is a Criminal and a Sexual predator; Don't know, how many women were victims of this monster.

Police and Judiciary should have already started its duty. Did Goa police wait till Tarun Tejpal resign his job or wait till an internal committee finish their findings?

'P' MUST INSIST FOR POLICE FIR AND BACKGROUND CHECK OF VICTIM
by damodaran mohan on Dec 29, 2013 06:30 PM

Does this HMV fellow, Attorney General G E Vahanvati, have any independent view ? We have seen his output in 2G case and in the CVC appointment cases. People already know how sound his advices are .We can only hope the President acts in Independent manner and is not just guided by this HMV or the screaming govt. lackeys like Indira jaisings, Madhu Kistawars....other women activists on TV debates. The President is expected to be neutral and give credence to both sides . He must first collects all relevant material like police FIR of the alleged victim, her background check etc. besides paying adequate attention to Justice Ganguly's claims before proceeding further on the matter. How can a reputation built over 5-6 decades be sullied at just mere allegations by somebody taking advantage of wearing the cloak of anonymity ? There has to be a proper legal probe first.

Is there any Immunity for WHRC chairman?
by Stella James on Dec 29, 2013 06:28 PM

Is there any Immunity from criminal liability to AK Ganguly for being chairman of WHRC?

Police should have tried him like Tarun Tejpal. There is already a prima facie evidence and shame that noted jurist like Kapil Sibal is also involved in this conspiracy to protect AK Ganguly as a Law minister.

AK Ganguly is retired Judge
by Stella James on Dec 29, 2013 06:25 PM  | Hide replies

I don't think Government in collusion with Judiciary have to take all these round-and-round tactics to delay and make it difficult for Judges to be prosecuted in criminal cases, in future.

AK Ganguly is a retired Judge. He should have already been taken into custody for interrogation.

SC Committee, though that essential in case of retired judge, have already taken mine's and accused statement.
