Panchatantra

There is an old fable from Panchatantra. Two cats manage to steal a piece of Roti. But when they want to share they enter an argument. Then to solve that they go to the arbitrator the Monkey. Now what Monkey does is he cuts the Roti into two equal pieces. But when handing over to the cats he finds one piece is bigger than the other. So to make it correct he cuts out a piece from the bigger portion and eats it. This way he eats up the whole and the two cats return empty stomach. This is what the Congress is trying to do with economy by trying to control it rather than setting markets free. They allow stocked food grains to rot in go downs while lakhs of people go hungry. They are killing the snakes and feeding vultures in name of welfare and reforms. There is no incentive for handwork .

I dont think Congress is to be blamed for food grains stored in godowns or warehouses. It is the traders that makes money out of it. They store the food grains in the warehouses push the prices up and then sell it in the market when the rates are high. They trade with foodgrains and make money. The people not aware of this network blame the congress. This will continue in any government as the trader is always looking for profit by with holding the foodgrains in the warehouses.

I am not blaming them just for storing food grains. It is just an example of unsustainable policies practiced by them. They hoard food grains because if that will be released into the marked they fear the prices of food grains will fall. So it means we are over producing some items or we the allocation of resources like land and Labour is more than what is required and there is a need for correction. So they are not allowing the country realize the potential by meddling and controlling to their benefits. Also if the population is more there is a need for control of population explosion which is turned a blind eye by the policy makers.

Japan does not have a welfare system.

Work for it or do without.

These are possibly the 5 best sentences you'll ever read and all applicable to this experiment:

1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity.

2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.

3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.

4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!

5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that is the beginning of the end of any nation.

Can you think of a reason for not sharing this? Neither could I.

Congress is the source of corruption???
by premshanker gupta on Dec 22, 2013 01:03 PM

Rahul has stated correctly that corruption is bleeding the nation, but whey does he forget that it is his own party and own Govt, which is deeply involved with the most heinous corruptions and scandals unprecedented in the history of India. Talking of corruption and leaving the corrupts is a sheer deception and betrayal of national interest.

This is another cruel and heartless joke cracked by Congress Party at the expense of Indian citizens!

It is a widely known fact that Congress Party is the party that gave birth to, raised and established corruption in India!

Now its VP is taunting Indians by saying ..... "Look how this curse (of corruption) we unleashed on India is exsanguinating you but you cannot do anything about it because you Indians are gigantic losers and spineless insects"!

If this doesn't wake the people of India to throw Congress Party out of power than Indians completely deserve to be the gigantic losers and spineless insects they are being taunted as by duffer Pappu!
