Either Karunanidhi or Jayalalitha,if any one of them support BJP,It will be in their interest and not in the interest of the Nation. It is unfortunate that India has so many local parties like this

"BJP & RSS hoist pakistan flag and punish policemen who caught them red handed. G'charya of RSS has termed BJP ruled MP as the most corrupt state in India and in MPs history. BJP has no guts to take action on corrupt leaders."

Not an encouraging scenario for BJP
by A Rajendran on Dec 13, 2013 11:00 PM

In TN, PMK has lost clout and both the DMK and AIADMK are not keen to have it in their alliance. Vaiko is reliable, but his party is not a major player in the State. Vijayakanth is temperamental and is yet to mature politically. Ramadoss's frequent alliance hopping has eroded his support base. To top it all, Ramadoss and Vijayakanth don't get along. The appeal of the caste outfits is overstated and they can never win any seats on their own. Not an encouraging scenario for the BJP.

BJP is eyeing Vijayakanth in Tamilnadu
by ramaswamy sunderrajan on Dec 13, 2013 07:22 PM

In TN, the proposition being eyed by BJP is going to be a problem.Only Mr Vaiko is reliable but his support may not mean any tangible benefit in terms of seats.

Pattali Makkal Katchi has already got together quite a few caste groups and could give good fight to DMK and AIADMK. They can also help in getting BJP some seats. They may retain winnable seats for them and give only the other seats to BJP.But their agenda is caste supremacy. As regards Vijayakanth, he has already said that whatever alliance is formed it should be with his party as the leader.A highly temperamental leader bereft of any economic agenda,he will prove to a pain in the a.. for BJP
In any case all the three parties ( for that matter any political party in TN )a are chauvinistic

Last nail in the coffin
by sasidharan on Dec 13, 2013 04:44 PM

It will be a death knot to BJP,if they ally with these hooligans, like Ramdoss and Vijaykant. Both these are sure to take BJP to corruption and ,if that part is fools, who are devoid of any national perspective will put the last nails in BJP's coffin and that party will end as the worst in this country. I may appeal Narendra Modi to desist from this and look towards other alternatives for some seats in TN.
