Sanjay Dutt on parole

Nothing against Sanjay. Sad that the system has double standards. Why deny Zebunnisa who is old and sick too? Manyata should have been more discreet and not run free at parties while Sanjay gets parole because she is 'sick', assuming fairly seriously sick - not just 'cough and cold'.

The case of Zebunnisa is really a deserving case for parol if one can see her plight and physical condition as reported in the newspapers as she require constant care and medication and she is quite aged and suffering from serious illness. She was reported to jail to undergo her imprisonment ina stretcher. The Government and Jail authorities should also consider her case sympathetically.

This is a clear case of mockery of Indian Laws by none else but by congress as he is the brother of congress MP and son of former MP. Full enquiries should be done and the police officer & jail authorities should be punished for illogical recommendations. One of the true face of congress. Chhee..

JUDGES IN INDIA OF ALL COURTS SHOULD BE CLOSELY MONITORED BY A DETECTIVE AGENCY FOR THEIR ROLL TO DELIVER CRIME NOT JUSTICE.GANGULY & BALAKRISHAN ARE THE BEST EXAMPLES.

Sanjay Dutt on parole for 30 days ?
by P S on Dec 07, 2013 04:14 PM  | Hide replies

Sanjay Dutt is always given the different treatments by the government as against the other convicts aquitted for similar offences. He was on furlough for 30 days during Diwali and has again granted parole for further 30 days. The reason given by him to atttend his sick wife who was seen attending late night parties and movie shows. He is a brother of Congress MP Priya Dutt and son of Ex- congress MP late Sunil Dutt. It is necessary to inquiere under what circumstances he is given 30 days parole within one month from his 30 days on furlough and what is the fate of such application in case of other convicts who deserve more than Sanjay Dutt. Do the Police authorities were not aware that Manyata Dutt is not sick at all and send their recommendation just because Sanjay Dutt is popular, wealthy, influential? Why no one has sympathy for old lady Zebunnisa who is also convicted for the same offence like Sanjay and she is very ill suffering from many ailments, need constant care and medication ? The granting of prole to Sanjay Dutt is a clear case of total favourism by the government and its authorities to totally go out of way and extend only him all the undue and undeserved reliefs and facilities which is not extended to other needy and deserving convicts .

he deserves it because he can pay for it, but a criminal is a criminal even if he is worth crores. Your kind of people encourage corruption.

It do not mean that he can go away lightly with committing crime and not subject to any punishment which is given to other convicts involved in similar cases.

why sanju baba need parole if his wife is not well. if she has tumor than she has her freedom to visit hospital and undergo her treatment. she has lot of people at home who can take care of her very nicely. there are people in jail despite of major sickness dont get parole for external medical treatment. manyata is not lying on her death bed to need sanju.

why jail authorities is biased towards this celebrity?? law is same for everyone??
